Match photos from Tipperary v Mayo 23rd June 2018. Match was played in Semple Stadium Thurles, “the home of GAA”. It was a bit of a treck to Thurles, 152 miles down I clocked, but the day was glorious which made the journey a bit easier! What another great turnout of Mayo fans. We arrived 2 hours before throw in and there were already lines of cars at least a mile out the Nenagh rd! Shoutout to Thurles Sarsfields GAA club for the brilliant parking beside Semple Stadium, especially afterwards with all the stewards staying they making sure everyone got out on the road quick time!! Best of luck with the new developments at the club.

After a shaky first half, Mayo upped it a gear in the second half winning by 8 points at the end, Mayo 1-19 to Tipperary 1-11. See Wj’s match report here.
