Happy new year to all my family and friends, and to all my followers on this blog and all my other social media channels. It is the start of a new era here on the site, as you can see I have done a major overhaul on the website. I have also changed the name of the site from michaelmayesphotoblog.wordpress.com to michaelmaye.com which I think is a little bit easier to both remember and type! A big thank you to Chris over at Bizspace.ie for all his help with getting me set up with my new domain name and hosting. You can also follow his Facebook page for regular updates.
Can I ask anyone that has linked content on their own sites to my old website to please change your links to my new address https://michaelmaye.com If you have linked to any individual items on the old site, contact me with the link address and I will send on the new one to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please let me know what you think of the site as well, both good & bad!

Thanks Ronan. A couple of long days put in! If I was setting up my site again, I’d go this route and set up my own domain from the start. It would have saved me a lot of work!
